Review: Piracetam, Aniracetam and Choline

Mmmm....'bout to get down to business.

Although the title displays three nootropics the main component reviewed here is Piracetam. Piracetam is probably the most well known nootropic in the supplement world, this is because it does not only have a great reputation but the longest as well. Piracetam was first synthesized in 1964 by scientists at the Belgian pharmaceutical company UCB led by Corneliu E. Giurgea; struck by its apparent ability to boost mental functioning in even healthy individuals and by its safety, Giurgea coined the term nootropic to describe it and other substances. 
So as you can see the very name "nootropic" comes from this substance, making it sort of the king of nootropics and highly recommended for beginners. Piracetam like other racetams isn't fully understood. It is known to increase blood flow and therefore increase oxygen consumption in the brain. There's been many studies on Piracetam, it is much more popular in Europe than America.

My Experience

This stack has proven to be very effective in improving my creative writing and conversational skills. While on it I feel a lot more willing to be social and have a greater degree of flow while being social. I can feel this hum and a bit of tension in my forehead when on the stack I've related this to the nootropics start up, it's not really noticeable after it starts, you get use to it.

Let me emphasize the fact that you will not run out of ideas when on Piracetam. This makes it very hard to meditate. I tried to empty out the tsunami of ideas that my brain had become but I completely and utterly failed. I could feel so much rushing in and out of my brain that I really couldn't concentrate. This isn't so distracted as it may seem. It's actually extremely helpful.

In conversation those same unrelenting ideas become an amazing resource. When on Piracetam I felt like I could talk about anything with my friends and start and hold a conversation with anybody.

I also felt very awake. Much like the galantamine it took three days until I noticed my improved ability to converse. I had expected much more from this nootropic to be honest. I expected improved focus and clarity of vision. Although the clarity of vision might have come into effect I definitely didn't experience any improvements in focus, unless in conversation, usually I tune out of conversation  but I was completely focused when engaged in any discussion.

Also after about seven hours the stack wheres off and I guarantee that you will feel THAT! I felt like just lying down and going to sleep. I feel like a dose of caffeine and theanine would conteract this but I haven't try it yet.
